  • MSNBC Host references B.I.G. during live sequestration editorial

MSNBC reporter references the late great Notorious B.I.G. and his classic "10 Crack Commandments" during his sequestration editorial on live television for NBC cable network. Chris Hayes is articulate and intelligent and he also sometimes references Biggie Smalls as he does in this video, which articulates the B.I.G. supposition on the disarray and uncooperative members of the GOP (Grand Old Party) in regards to america and the white house and moving America forward.

The slightly built, bespectacled Hayes at 34 is the country’s youngest host of a cable-news program; brings liberal credentials and intellectual heft as a veteran of The Nation magazine, among other wonky publications; and is the author of the 2012 book Twilight of the Elites: America After Meritocracy. Aside from a prestigious fellowship at the New America Foundation, a left-leaning think tank, Hayes’s academic laurels include a B.A. from Brown University and a fellowship at Harvard. On his two-hour show, which has aired from 8 to 10 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, he has presided over exquisitely nuanced round table discussions among panels of like-minded, and occasionally adversarial, eggheads.
